1 onion

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of curry powder

150 ml of coconut milk

2 tbsp of single cream

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

300 g of chicken breasts

Tips

Serve with rice.

RECIPE STEPS

In a saucepan, fry the chopped onion and the garlic in the olive oil. Add the curry powder, coconut milk and single cream. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes over a low heat.

  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of single cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 onion

Place the mixture in the glass jug and launch the programme.

Cut the chicken into cubes and make 4 mini skewers.

Cook the skewers for 10 minutes in a pan, turning them several times. Serve alongside the sauce.
