Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup

840 g 2 cans corn kernels
1000 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tsp ground ginger
300 g chicken breast fillet
2 tbsp corn flour
3 spring onion sliced, white part for soup, green to garnish
2 eggs, lightly whisked

less stock to start, add rest later, giving more area from r chicken to steam and not boil in the liquid
1L is too much liquid as it starts to comes through the steamer bowl. The chicken was still raw after the 20mins at 100c. Like most of the recipes on this app, either contains errors or hasn't been tested.
