840 g 2 cans corn kernels

1000 ml chicken stock

1 tbsp soy sauce

0.5 tsp ground ginger

300 g chicken breast fillet

2 tbsp corn flour

3 spring onion sliced, white part for soup, green to garnish

2 eggs, lightly whisked

Add 1 can corn kernels to metal bowl. Pulse, scrape down sides & pulse again.

Add stock, soy sauce, ginger & ground pepper.

Insert internal steamer basket, add chicken.

Cook, EXPERT 20min/Sp 3/100 degrees.

Remove internal steamer basket. Set chicken aside.

Remove cap. Add cornflour mix with EXPERT running 30sec/Sp 3/100 degrees through cap.

Add additional can of corn & spring onions (white part). 2min/Sp 3/100 degrees. Reset for 1min, remove cap & slowly pour in whisked egg.

While adding cornflour & additional ingredients shred chicken with 2 forks.

Add chicken, run EXPERT 30sec/Sp 3/100 degrees

Serve garnished with spring onion. Delicious served with a crusty baguette.

1L is too much liquid as it starts to comes through the steamer bowl. The chicken was still raw after the 20mins at 100c. Like most of the recipes on this app, either contains errors or hasn't been tested.

less stock to start, add rest later, giving more area from r chicken to steam and not boil in the liquid
