200 g of dark chocolate

75 g of plain flour

40 g of butter

2 eggs

60 g of sugar

2 tbsp of water

250 g of mascarpone

1 egg

50 g of sugar

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Put the chocolate with the butter in the metal bowl. Run the program.
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 40 g of butter

Add the ingredients (except the eggs), remove the cap and restart the program. Add the eggs one by one with a few seconds delay, through the opening, during operation.

Install the beater in the metal bowl, add the ingredients and run the program.

I put a bit of the white mixture in the bottom of the mold, then gently, the chocolate mixture and finally the one with mascarpone. Bake for 35 minutes (the cake is done when the mascarpone part no longer wobbles like a flan).
