300 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

100 ml of liquid cream (min. 30% fat content)

20 g of bitter cocoa powder

RECIPE STEPS

Put the chocolate squares and cream in the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 300 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100 ml of liquid cream (min. 30% fat content)

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with cling film. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Once the mixture is well set, cut it into squares and then roll them in cocoa powder.
  • 20 g of bitter cocoa powder
