Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Add 125ml water, the milk and the butter into the metal bowl then run the programme.

Add the flour, sugar and salt then run the programme.
- 180 g plain flour
- 1 pinch of salt

Remove the cap, run the programme and, while the programme is running, incorporate the whole eggs one by one through the opening.

Let the dough cool for 5-10mins.
Pour the dough into a pastry bag and make small mounds (about 3 cm in diameter) onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Make sure to leave sufficient space between the mounds of dough as they will grow while baking.

Sprinkle the chouquettes with coarse grain sugar and put them into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Do not open your oven while they are baking.
