500 ml of milk

3 eggs

80 g sugar

2 sachets vanilla sugar

250 g sugar

65 ml water

1 tsp distilled vinegar

Tips

For a coconut crème caramel: Add 125g desiccated coconut to the vanilla cream 1 minute before EXPERT ends.

Preheat your oven to 160 °C (gas mark 5/6).

In a saucepan, melt the powdered sugar with the water and white vinegar, without stirring, until you get a golden caramel. Pour the hot caramel into ramekins.
  • 65 ml water
  • 1 tsp distilled vinegar
  • 250 g sugar

Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml of milk

Put the hot caramel into ramekins and then slowly pour the vanilla cream on top.

Pour hot water into an ovenproof dish to ¾ full. Put the ramekins into the dish and bake for 45 minutes.

The crème caramel must be cold before turning out.
