0.5 fennel

100 g of goat cheese

0.5 yellow lemon

2 sprigs of chives

2 sprigs of mint

5 leaves of chervil

25 g of hazelnut

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Crush the hazelnuts (6/7 pulses) in the bowl equipped with the metal knife and set aside. Wash, cut the fennel bulb into small pieces then place them in the bowl and give a few pulses.

Add the lemon juice, goat cheese, oil, herbs, salt, pepper and give 5/6 pulses. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
