1 kg of greek yoghurt

100 g of honey

225 g of mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Puree the mixed berries (175 g) in a blender.
  • 175 g of mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Place yoghurt, honey, vanilla & pureed berries into the Gelato Expert. Press the ICE CREAM function.
  • 1 kg of greek yoghurt
  • 100 g of honey
  • 225 g of mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Add additional chopped berries (75 g), if using, approx. 20minutes after starting ice cream function.
