20 g of hazelnuts

20 g of pistachios

10 g of sunflower seeds

100 g of rolled oats

60 g of flaked almonds

1 tbsp of rapeseed oil

1 tsp honey

4 tsp water

1 tsp of cinnamon

2 tbsp of dried raisins

Tips

Prepare a larger quantity of muesli. It will keep for about 1 month in an airtight jar.

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 150°C. Place the hazelnuts, pistachios and sunflower seeds in the glass jug. Mix with the PULSE programme for about 10 seconds.

Pour the dry mixture into a bowl. Add the rolled oats, almonds, rapeseed oil, honey, water and cinnamon. Mix well. Add water if needed.

Form small balls with the mixture and spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Towards the end of cooking time, place under the grill to brown.

Leave to cool, then add the dried raisins and serve with yoghurt or milk. Alternatively, this recipe can be used as a topping.
