500 g minced beef

2 tsp curry powder

6 sprigs flat-leaf parsley

6 sprigs mint

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp ground paprika

6 sprigs fresh coriander

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Fit the food processing bowl and the metal blade.

Wash the fresh herbs and strip the leaves from the stalk. Quarter the onions and place them into the food processing bowl.

Place the herb leaves, beef, oil and spices in the bowl. Season and run the program for about 30 seconds, until the meat is finely minced and resembles a paste.

Shape the mixture into small balls. If the mixture is too sticky, moisten your hands to make it easier to work with. Put 2 or 3 balls on each wooden skewer and flatten gently.

Place the kebabs on a hot griddle, grill or non-stick frying pan; cook until golden and cooked through.

fabulous recipe!!! I didn’t have beef so I made it with lamb, I make my own mince lamb, I did add ginger, lemongrass, curry powder, cumming coriander powder lemon juice (1/2) 2 tbs of olive oil !! love it also compliment it with the apple tzatziki
