4 green peppers

0.5 onion

1 sprig of cilantro

1 sprig of parsley

2 tbsp of yellow lemon juice

2 tbsp of olive oil

3 tsp of vinegar

1 tsp of fleur de sel

Tips

A very hot Chilean sauce that goes equally well with fish, meat or vegetables. If you're afraid of spiciness, use mild chillies!

RECIPE STEPS

Open the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Place them in the bowl equipped with the metal knife along with the onion, coriander and parsley.
  • 4 green peppers
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • 1 sprig of parsley

Give 4/5 pulses. Add the other ingredients and let it run continuously for 30 seconds.
