
Latino hot sauce




4 green peppers
0.5 onion
1 sprig of cilantro
1 sprig of parsley
2 tbsp of yellow lemon juice
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 tsp of vinegar
1 tsp of fleur de sel
A very hot Chilean sauce that goes equally well with fish, meat or vegetables. If you're afraid of spiciness, use mild chillies!
