1 lemon

3 tbsp sugar cane or maple syrup

12 ice cubes

Grate about 1 tsp lemon zest and set aside. Remove the lemon peel, pith and membrane, cut the flesh into quarters and remove the seeds.

Start by pouring the water into the Blender, followed by the lemon quarters and zest, then the cane sugar (or maple) syrup and ice cubes.
