100 ml of liquid cream

30 g of sugar

1 pinch of salt

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and keep the yolks well. Place the whites in the metal bowl, perfectly clean and dry. Install the whisk and add a pinch of salt. Remove the cap then run the program.
