Nutella®-banana ice cream
3 of frozen bananas
20 g of toasted hazelnuts
20 g of bitter cocoa powder
100 g of hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella®)

For a smooth, well mixed ice cream; finely slice the bananas before freezing and check that they do not clump together to form blocks.

Someone didn’t read the recipe: Frozen Bananas! I also put the stainless steel blender bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes before making. Tye ice cream becomes a soft serve delicacy! Yum.









are the bananas supposed to be frozen first? it was just runny and barely cold
