100 g of Auvergne blue

100 g of emmental

100 g of mozzarella

1 tsp of cornstarch

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of nutmeg

5 sprigs of chives

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain and transfer to a large serving dish.

Place the milk, grated parmesan, roughly chopped garlic, diced blue cheese and mozzarella, grated emmental, cornstarch, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Run the program.
