40 g of whey

20 g of oat flakes

50 g of nuts

15 g of goji berries

15 g of peanut butter

10 prunes

1 tbsp of coconut oil

1 tbsp of agave syrup

1 tbsp of coconut cream

50 g of dark chocolate

RECIPE STEPS

In the large transparent bowl equipped with the metal knife, place all the ingredients and mix until you get a ball.

  • 10 prunes
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp of coconut cream

Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper to get a dough about 1 cm thick.

Pour the melted chocolate over the spread dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
