1 kg diced pumpkin
1 onion
800 ml water
1 1 tbsp fresh vegetable paste OR add 2 tbsp red curry paste

very easy to make
I didn’t any of the paste suggested in the recipe instead I added 2 gloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger and 3 tablespoons of vegeta which tasted great!
an added step or two … I prefer to soften onions garlic and ginger.dice the pumpkin bake in oven … for 20/30 mins then put all ingredients plus liquid in the cook expert on creamed soup .
This was the first time I used the Magimix and it was brilliant thank you. Even though I stood and watched it for the whole 30 minutes as I couldn’t believe it did everything so easy. I did add Leek instead of onion.
I have never cooked pumpkin soup so easily, it is delicious. I added an extra onion and some chilli flakes …… wonderful
I used pumpkin carrots onion & garlic bake all diced ingredients first then add to steel magimix bowl with vegetable stock & half a sachet of Old El Paso Chili Con Carne to serve add a tablespoon of sour cream or pouring cream yummy❣️
