Remove the outer leaves of the red cabbage and slice it, taking care to remove the core. Wash the cabbage leaves.
Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Peel and slice the onions.

- 400 g of smoked tofu
- 1 red cabbage

Pour a drizzle of olive oil into the cocotte and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert.
Preheat it by running the program (without the lid).
As soon as the cocotte is hot, add the onions.
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Chop the parsley and hazelnuts then sprinkle over the dish before serving.
