1 kg of roast pork

2 sprigs of thyme

1 stalk of rosemary

250 ml of white wine

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Peel and thinly slice the onions and garlic. Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Preheat the cocotte on a stove over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid. As soon as the cocotte is hot, place the butter, 1 tbsp. of oil, the onions and garlic in it and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Place the pork roast in the cocotte then continue cooking for 25 minutes to brown it on all sides.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Add the potatoes, thyme, rosemary and white wine.
