300 g of onions

400 g of leeks

100 ml of liquid cream

4 sprigs of dill

45 ml of lemon juice

1 tbsp of olive oil

100 g of plain flour

50 g of breadcrumbs

100 g of butter

60 g of parmesan

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Wash the leeks and slice them with the onions in the transparent bowl using the 4 mm slicing disc.

During this time, cut your salmon into small cubes and put them in a bowl. Add to this bowl the cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Let it rest.

In a baking dish, pour in the leek fondue, the salmon with its marinade and sprinkle with crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
