300 g of mushrooms

1 tbsp of olive oil

30 g of butter

80 g of smoked bacon bits

200 ml of liquid cream

1 bunch of flat parsley

16 of scallops

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Peel and slice the mushrooms.

Preheat the cocotte over medium heat on a stove with olive oil and butter, without the lid. As soon as the cocotte is hot, quickly brown the scallops. Remove and set them aside.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Place the bacon and mushrooms in the cocotte then run the program. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
