500 g yoghurts

4 tbsp caster sugar

0.5 tsp ground cardamom

250 ml milk

10 g unsalted pistachio nuts

1 pinch saffron

1 handful almond

Infuse the saffron in 1 tbsp of water for a few minutes.

Add all the ingredients (except for the almonds) into the Blender. Run the programme: Smoothie.
  • 500 g yoghurts
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 250 ml milk
  • 10 g unsalted pistachio nuts
  • 1 pinch saffron

Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour before serving. Meanwhile, toast the almonds lightly in a dry frying pan.

Serve in tall glasses, scattered with the toasted almonds.
