500 g strawberries, tops removed
1 apple, roughly chopped
0.5 juice of lemon
170 g castor sugar

This is the first recipe I made in the CE. The jam stuck to the bottom. Spent more time trying to clean it. I am not sure why?

Good easy recipe. I used cooking apple instead and so did not add lemon juice.
I only used 250g strawberries. Made a smaller qty accordingly. Jam too thick (for scones, but will be ok for toast) Next time I will leave the cap on to retain moisture.
used 250 g of strawberries, tbs of maple syrup instead of sugar, no apple at all and cooked for only 12 minutes. once cook was comp,eyed I stirred 1 1/2 tbs of white chia seeds. Jam is spectacularly delicious 😀😋
