1.5 kg strawberries

Wash the strawberries. Process them using the Extra Press, and make sure to weigh 1.4 kg. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat.

Mix the gelling agent with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle it over the strawberry mixture, stirring gently with a wooden spoon.

Bring to the boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add sugar and butter and bring back to a boil for 3 minutes, still stirring continuously. As soon as the cooking time is finished, fill your jam jars to the brim.
