600 ml milk

65 g plain flour

200 g frozen peas

200 g of frozen sweetcorn

125 g mushrooms (optional)

400 g tin tuna

Place onion in metal bowl. Pulse until chopped to your desired size.

Add butter. On EXPERT mode, set to 3mins, speed 3, 110C. Take cap off.

When finished, add flour and milk. Set to 5mins, speed 4, 95C. Place cap back on.

After the program, the bechamel sauce should start to thicken up. Add tuna, peas, corn and mushrooms. Set to 4mins, speed 3, 95C.
