1 small cucumber

300 g of Greek yogurt

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of wine vinegar

1 sprig of mint

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Tips

Serve chilled on toast or with cold or smoked fish.

RECIPE STEPS

Peel the cucumber and cut it into approximately 2 cm cubes.

Place it in the bowl equipped with the metal knife and give 5 pulses. Put the chopped cucumber in a colander, salt it and let it drain for 30 minutes. Squeeze the cucumber in a cloth.

Chop the garlic clove in the bowl, then pour in the Greek yogurts, mint, olive oil, and vinegar, give 2/3 pulses.
