300 g of buckwheat flour

50 g of whole wheat flour

In the metal bowl, pour 70 cl of water. Add all the ingredients, finishing with the flours. Run the program.

Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

After the resting time, add a little water (depending on your dough, if it's too compact) while mixing so that the dough is very fluid.

Heat a lightly oiled pan, spread a good spoonful of pancake batter, then cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Place a dollop of salted butter on top of the pancake to finish cooking, before preparing your filling.
