1 pinch nutmeg

1 tbsp butter

800 g onions

4 eggs

1 shortcrust pastry

75 g smoked lardons

200 ml single cream

Tips

You can cover the quiche with aluminum foil to prevent the onions from becoming too dark. If you would like to make a homemade shortcrust pastry, find the recipe on the App.

RECIPE STEPS

On a floured work surface, roll out the dough and transfer it to a quiche tin (about 24 cm in diameter) lined with parchment paper.

Bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

Quarter the onions and put them into the metal bowl. Run the program.

Transfer the onions onto a plate and refrigerate. Heat the oven to 200°C.

In a bowl, mix the eggs and the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Put the onions on the bottom of the tart and pour the egg-cream mixture over it.
