1 tsp lemon juice

0.5 bunch dried mixed herbs

0.5 bunch fresh rosemary

2 tbsp olive oil

1 mozzarella

100 g onions

400 g tomatoes

80 g of tomato purée

1 red pepper

1 tbsp honey

500 g beef

1 small bread roll or slice of sandwich bread

100 g onion

1 bunch fresh thyme

1 egg

1 tsp sweet paprika

3 cloves of garlic

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Tips

If you don' have fresh tomatoes, you can use a tin of tomatoes.

RECIPE STEPS

Soak the bread in warm water for 15 minutes, then gently press out the water.
  • 1 small bread roll or slice of sandwich bread

Cut the beef into 3cm cubes and quarter the onion. Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Shape into meatballs and clean bowl. Heat oven to 220°C.

Quarter the onion and roughly chop the pepper. Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Put the herbs into the sauce and mix by running the program.

Pour the sauce into a casserole dish. Place the meatballs in the tomato sauce and cook in the oven for 15 minutes under the top grill.

Cut mozzarella into slices and place on meatballs. Cook for another 5 minutes to melt mozzarella.

can't make this until I know what is the equivalent of 1/2 bunch dried mixed herbs?
