100 g of dark chocolate

100 ml of liquid cream

20 g of butter

1 pinch of salt

0.5 tsp of vanilla extract

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a saucepan. You can also chop the chocolate with the Magimix Micro mini-chopper.

Add the cream and the pinch of salt.
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the sauce is very smooth.

Off the heat, add the butter and vanilla (if used), then mix well until the sauce is shiny.
