50 g of plain flour

50 g of almond powder

50 g of brown sugar

50 g of butter

1 pinch of salt

Tips

This crispy crumble is perfect on vanilla, apple, cinnamon, or yogurt ice cream. For a more indulgent version, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few lemon zests to the batter before baking.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, sugar and salt.

Add the cold butter, then crumble the dough with your fingertips until you get a coarse crumble texture. You could also make the recipe with the Magimix Micro mini-chopper by pulsing until the desired result is achieved.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crumble is nicely golden.

Let it cool, then roughly crumble it over your ice cream.
