100 g of plain flour

60 g of butter

40 g of sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

In a bowl, rub the flour with the butter using your fingertips until you get a coarse crumble texture.

  • 60 g of butter

Add the sugars, mix quickly without overworking the dough.

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

Crumble the dough directly onto a tray lined with baking paper, to form small irregular pieces.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the pieces are golden.
