8 passion fruits

50 g of sugar

1 tbsp of water

1 tbsp lime juice

Ideal on yogurt or vanilla ice cream!

RECIPE STEPS

Cut the passion fruits in half and collect all the pulp (with the seeds) in the bowl of your Magimix Micro mini-chopper.
  • 8 passion fruits

Add the sugar, a little water if necessary, and lime juice if desired. Blend with very short pulses (2 to 3 times 2 seconds) to avoid completely crushing the seeds, but to properly homogenize the mixture.
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Taste and adjust the sugar if needed. Use immediately or keep cool for 2 to 3 days.
