100 g of milk chocolate

80 ml of liquid cream

1 tsp of butter

1 pinch salt

Tips

Serve warm over vanilla, coffee or hazelnut ice cream... or keep it in the fridge (it heats up very well for a few seconds in the microwave).

RECIPE STEPS

Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl. You can chop the chocolate with the Magimix Micro mini-chopper.
  • 100 g of milk chocolate

Heat the cream in a small saucepan (or in the microwave) until it starts to simmer.
  • 80 ml of liquid cream

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, cover for 1 min, then gently mix until you get a smooth and shiny sauce.

Add the butter and fleur de sel, mix again.

Pour still hot over your favorite ice cream.
