150 g of butter

3 eggs

150 g of sugar

130 g of plain flour

20 g of cocoa

0.5 sachet of baking powder

0.5 tsp of vanilla extract

RECIPE STEPS

Place the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and melted butter in the metal bowl. Run the program.

Pour the batter into a bowl and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Butter and flour a madeleine mold. Distribute the dough by filling the molds 3/4 full (you will need to do several bakes).

Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the madeleines are well risen and golden.
