250 g of plain flour

1 egg

0.5 sachet baking powder (5 g)

90 g of brown sugar

125 g of softened unsalted butter

1 pinch of salt

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

2 tsp of honey

50 g of chocolate (unlimited)

0.5 tsp of vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 160 °C.

Add the sugars (brown and vanilla), the salt, and the butter into the metal bowl. Run the program.
  • 90 g of brown sugar
  • 125 g of softened unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

Fold the dough then add the honey, the egg, and the vanilla. Run the program.

Fold the dough and add the baking powder then the flour. Run the program.

Add the pieces of chocolate cut into large chunks. Run the program.

Form small balls and arrange them (5 cm apart) on a sheet of parchment paper, on a baking tray. Flatten them a bit and bake for 10-12 minutes.

At the end of the cooking, prick with a knife to check that the cookies are cooked. The blade should come out dry. The cookies have a texture that is still soft and fluffy.
