250 g strawberries

200 g rhubarb

3 apple

50 g caster sugar

50 g golden or brown sugar

Tips

You can also use cooking apples. For an apricot, apple and banana compote, reduce the quantity of apples to 300 g and replace the strawberries and rhubarb with 400 g of apricots and 1 banana. Add sugar if necessary.

Peel the rhubarb and cut into 1 cm long pieces.
