Apple tart and whipped cream

1 tbsp of honey
120 g of icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
0.5 L of double cream

You can remove the cinnamon and replace with honey or maple syrup. For apples you can choose Golden or Reinette for the sweetest taste.
