300 g frozen apricots

1 tbsp peach in syrup

4 Digestive biscuits

250 g pouring yoghurt

2 tbsp brown sugar

Tips

*For the frozen apricots: the day before, wash and stone the apricots. Cut into small pieces and place in the freezer. Make sure they do not freeze into a solid block.

Remove the fruit from the freezer 15 minutes before you start.

Meanwhile, crush the biscuits in the blender by pressing the Pulse button.

Set aside. Just before serving, place the yoghurt, sugar syrup, brown sugar and apricots in the Blender. T Run the programme: Desserts.

Stop as soon as the texture looks smooth and uniform. Divide the mixture between 4 glasses and sprinkle the biscuit crumbs on top.
