1 carrot

0.5 white cabbage

1 bunch of mint

1 bunch of cilantro

1 zest of lime

45 ml of lime juice

1 tbsp of sesame oil

1 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tbsp of oyster sauce

1 tbsp of rice vinegar

2 tbsp of brown sugar

2 cm of ginger

2 garlic cloves

1 handful of peanuts

RECIPE STEPS

Install the 2 mm grating blade and pass the carrot through it, then add it to a bowl with the cabbage cut with a knife.

Remove the blade and install the knife. Blend the herbs and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
