RECIPE STEPS

In the mini bowl, mix the avocado until you obtain a purée.
Add a squeeze of lemon to taste and mix a little.
- 1 very ripe avocado
- 1 lemon

Season the purée with salt, freshly ground pepper, coriander and paprika.
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 sprig coriander

Set aside the purée in a bowl then clean the mini bowl and the metal blade.

Cut the salmon fillet in half and add it to the clean mini bowl fitted with the metal blade. Pulse until the salmon is coarsely diced. Do not mix too thoroughly.

In each glass, put a layer of crumbled fresh cheese, a layer of the avocado purée and a layer of diced salmon.

Keep cool until ready to serve.
