1 onion, peeled and halved

30 g of butter

500 g of rump or tenderloin fillet, cut into 2.5cm strips

120 g of button mushrooms, halved

100 g of white wine

100 g of water

1 tbsp of cornflour

1 tsp of Dijon mustard

1 tbsp of paprika

0.25 tsp of cayenne pepper

1 tsp of salt

1 of parsley, optional

2 tbsp of tomato purée

1 vegetable stock cube

Tips

Serve on rice, pasta or mashed potato with steamed vegetables.

Place quartered onions into metal bowl. Select EXPERT function, 20secs on speed 13.

When finished, add in butter. Remove top cap. On EXPERT, set to 2 mins on speed 3 at 100C.

After 2 mins, add beef, mushrooms, wine, water, stock, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, corn flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Set on EXPERT for 20mins, speed 1A at 100C.

it is missing the quantity of sour cream. it's in the instructions to add but nothing in the ingredients

Sour Cream is in the recipe but not mentioned in the ingredients. No amount was given as well - ended up using 120mls.
