Beef Stroganoff

120 g of button mushrooms, halved
100 g of white wine

0.25 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 of parsley, optional
2 tbsp of tomato purée
1 vegetable stock cube

Sour Cream is in the recipe but not mentioned in the ingredients. No amount was given as well - ended up using 120mls.
didn't thinking quite enough
taste is great but cooked an extra 15min to make meat more tender. happy with the results and taste
it is missing the quantity of sour cream. it's in the instructions to add but nothing in the ingredients
