Rinse the blueberries.

In the cocotte, place the fruits, sugar, and water then gently mix with a wooden spoon. Place the cocotte on a cooking tray and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, without the lid.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed base on the Cook Expert. Mix with the spoon then run the program.

Check the texture during cooking : mix until you get a nice jam consistency. It should not be too dry (there should still be some juice left).

Divide into jars, screw the lids on tightly then turn them upside down until completely cooled.
