100 g pecan nuts

140 g butter

200 g dark chocolate

3 eggs

150 g sugar

80 g plain flour

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Add the pecans into the mini bowl and pulse a few times to mix them roughly.
  • 100 g pecan nuts

Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain marie.
  • 140 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Mix the egg and the sugar, in the bowl fitted with the metal blade, for 10 seconds.
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar

Gradually pour the chocolate / butter mixture through the opening. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Open the cap and add the flour. Mix for 15 seconds. Add the nuts then pulse about 4 times.
  • 100 g pecan nuts
  • 80 g plain flour

Butter a 24cm square tin and pour in the brownie mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.

I used Belgian dark chocolate to make it, tray as indicated, baking time on spot. It's moist, not dry at all. Just perfect chocolate heaven!

This was absolutely delicious and I didn't have to adjust anything. It was really good even on the 4th day (big quantity for me).
