200 g dark chocolate

100 g pecans

140 g butter

150 g caster sugar

80 g plain flour

3 eggs

Tips

These brownies are delicious served with vanilla ice cream.

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 160°C (gas mark 3).

Add the pecans to the mini bowl. Give a few pulses to roughly chop them.
  • 100 g pecans

Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain marie.
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 140 g butter

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Mix the eggs and sugar for 10 seconds.
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs

Gradually pour the chocolate-butter mixture through the opening. Let the mixture continue to blend until you get a smooth dough.

Open the cap and add the flour. Mix for 15 seconds.
  • 80 g plain flour

Add the nuts and pulse 4 times.

Butter the tin and pour in the brownie mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes.
