RECIPE STEPS

Bake a country loaf according to Magimix's recipe.

Make the tapenade according to Magimix's recipe, halving the ingredients.

Lightly toast the slices of bread in the toaster (or the oven) and rub them with the garlic cloves.

- 0.5 garlic clove

Wash the tomatoes. Fit the midi bowl with the 2mm slicing disc and slice the tomatoes.
Transfer them to a colander and sprinkle with salt to drain out the excess liquid.

Cut the mozzarella in slices about 1cm thick.

Spread the bread slices with the tapenade.
Top with the sliced tomato, followed by the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place under the oven grill for 3 minutes. Keep an eye on them while cooking.

Decorate with a few fresh basil leaves.
