50 g of Japanese pearls (tapioca)

100 ml of black tea

50 ml of milk

250 ml of apricot nectar

10 ice cubes

4 of lychees

RECIPE STEPS

Immerse the tapioca pearls in boiling water and cook over medium heat while stirring for 7 to 15 minutes (in accordance with package directions) until they are soft and transparent. Rinse and drain.

Place the black tea, milk, apricot nectar and ice cubes in the glass jug then run the programme until you get a nice frothy mixture.

Divide the tapioca pearls into 2 large glasses and pour your frothy mix on top. Decorate with the lychees. Enjoy chilled with a bamboo straw.
