RECIPE STEPS

Pour all the ingredients (starting with the water and finishing with the flour) into the bowl fitted with the metal blade and the BlenderMix.
- 300 g buckwheat flour
- 50 g wholemeal flour
- 1 egg
- 10 g sea salt
- 700 ml water

Switch the machine on and run for about 30 seconds.
Rest the batter for one hour at room temperature.

After the rest time has finished, add a little water (depending on if your batter is too thick) while mixing so that the batter is fluid.

Spread a good spoonful of batter onto a lightly oiled pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

To finish, place a knob of salted butter on top of the galette before preparing your garnish.
