In the large transparent bowl of the Robot, mix the shallots, the Philadelphia, the lamb's lettuce with the salt and pepper.
Set aside the cream thus obtained.

- 30 g spreadable cheese
- 150 g of lamb's lettuce

In a lightly greased crepe pan, reheat the pre-prepared pancakes.
Spread a little lamb's lettuce cream, place the goat cheese on it, some roasted walnuts, fresh chives, a drizzle of honey, fold the pancake in 4 leaving the filling visible in the center.
Sprinkle with a drizzle of balsamic cream and enjoy.
