300 g of bread flour

1 sachet of dry yeast (5 g)

1 tsp of salt

2 tbsp of seasame seeds

40 g of melted butter

120 ml of water

1 egg

1 yolk egg

1 tbsp of semi-skimmed milk

25 g of sugar

RECIPE STEPS

Put the yeast and the water into the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 120 ml of water
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (5 g)

When the program has finished, add the ingredients into the metal bowl and press Auto to rerun the program.
  • 40 g of melted butter
  • 25 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g of bread flour

Transfer the dough to a floured bowl, cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes to rise.

Place on a floured work surface and gently punch down to push the air out of the dough.

Divide into 6 balls of equal size. Roll the balls in the palms of the hands until the surface is smooth, to obtain a uniform shape after baking.

Place on a lined baking tray and set aside to rise for another 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 220°C.

Beat the egg and milk together. Brush the buns with the beaten egg and milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
